Lose your Weight with Avocado

Maybe some of us think that the avocado can cause weight gain or on call fatty, but it was not true. Indeed, avocados have a fat content, but the fat in avocado is a healthy fat that is safe for the body. One surprising fact is found by a Potchefstroom Institute of Nutrition at Potchefstroom University, in his findings at the mention that the avocado can facilitate a person's body weight reduction. This break that avocados can cause fat or gaining weight.
Fats contained in avocados contain monounsaturated who actually
beneficial for heart health. Monounsaturated fats can lower LDL (bad cholesterol) and can raise levels of HDL (good cholesterol) in the body. Avocados are also rich in vitamin E, which contain lots of antioxidants to prevent free radicals. Besides the content of beta-cytosterol in avocados can serve as an anti-cholesterol that can control cholesterol in the body.

Avocado fat is dominated by a single unsaturated fatty acid which are powerful antioxidants. In contrast to other fruits, avocados contain almost no starch, less sugar but contain lots of fiber which can be launched digestion.


So no need to fear of fat if eat avocado, with a note consume wisely. Do not spend a sack of avocados on your own (ha ha.. just kidding)
